Welcome everyone to Young Child Development Center (YCDC). I’m Sarah R. and am the Center Director at YCDC. My love for children and my passion for watching them grow and learn has brought me to be where I am today.

I am originally from a small town just outside of Green Bay called Luxemburg. I first got my feet wet in the childcare industry when I was a senior in high school. I then continued to work at that very childcare center for the next five years while pursuing my degree in Human Development at the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay. While at that childcare facility I worked with many different age groups including School-Age, three year olds, and infants. Upon graduation in August of 2007 with my Bachelors degree in Human Development I took the Program Coordinator position here at YCDC in October 2007.  I have since been promoted to Center Director.

I truly believe that quality childcare plants the seed that every child needs to grow and learn and what helps them become productive members of society. Quality care promotes independence, self-esteem and confidence, as well as life long lasting friendships. This is why I feel that you and your family should join us here at YCDC. There is so much we have to offer your child(ren) here at our childcare facility that will start your child(ren) off in the right direction, on the right path to success in life.
